Mr. Raffi Ohanian is in your corner. When I was searching for an attorney to work with for my auto accident, none compared to Raffi's leadership, kindness, patience, transparency and thoroughness. He keeps you in consistent engagement in the entire process and does so with such skill, it's uncanny. I truly felt he cared for me and justice would be served. Raffi gave me the ins and outs of what was needed and how everything works. For someone, such as myself, a type A personality, he put my mind to ease in a turbulent time. I would like to express my gratitude and enormous appreciation of Michael P. O’Conner. Michael took the time to carefully listen to me in regards to the situation my mother experienced. Michael did not make me feel like I was a check mark or a payout. I felt like a human being. Michael encouraged me to express my experience without feeling bad about it. Michael treated me like a family member who truly had my best interest. The assistant Norma treated me with so much care and understanding. I never felt like I was a burden asking her questions and she was so patient and understanding with me. Overall, the treatment and representation I experienced was above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I had a wonderful experience with this firm from start to finish. Raffi O. was the attorney assigned to my case and he was honestly great. He was very direct and honest, and always made sure I understood exactly how everything worked. He took the time to explain things clearly and answered my questions whenever I had them. He was always available, responsive, and made sure I felt informed the whole way through. He also made sure every injury related to my accident was taken seriously and properly handled, and worked to get the most out of my case. My wife and I worked with Raffi Ohanion on an accident/injury claim. We never intended to need a lawyer, but the trucking company & driver contended that we were at fault when the damage didn’t agree with their version of events. Raffi was recommended by an attorney we knew in Florida of all places. Raffi is one of the most personable, compassionate people we’ve ever met. He was there for us whenever we needed him.
