Luke and his team are utterly brilliant. We had a large and complex garden design which they turned into a stunning reality. They discussed everything with us and were an absolute joy to work with. We cannot recommend Promised Landscapes highly enough.

Luke and his team were all friendly, professional and accommodating from day one with our whole family. Their operation is well organized and their logistics and planning are excellent, delays were only ever due to temperature based concrete issues or delivery problems from third party suppliers. Our garden is unrecognizable from what it was before and Promised landscapes took our design and executed that vision perfectly. We even got a few suggestions from them mid project which they were able to work into their build seamlessly which speaks to the benefit of their experience collaborating in processes such as ours. Their skill with concrete is noteworthy and executed with a mind-boggling level of precision. We’d wholeheartedly recommend promised landscapes for garden renovation projects and would use them again. Those floating concrete steps are so pleasant to look at and on walk on! Thanks to all the crew at Promised Landscapes for creating such a wonderful garden for us!

Luke and his team did an excellent job landscaping our new garden. They were very professional and really cared that they did a good job. They left the site each day tidy and were at pains not to disrupt our day to day life while they worked. The end result is even better than we hoped. I would have no hesitation in recommending the promised landscapes to friends and family, in fact my sister was the one to recommend them to us. We will, most definitely , be using them again in the future.

Absolute pleasure working with Luke and The Promised Landscapes team. Having reached the end of a very disruptive extension with another firm we were apprehensive about starting work on recreating the garden so soon after, but Luke and the team were very respectful of our home, even with the only access to the garden being through the house, the disruption was minimal. The project was completed on time (unheard of in my experience with other contractors!) and Luke worked very closely with us to work within budget and the changes and cost savings made have actually worked out better due to the skill and knowledge of the team with the materials we used. The team were without a doubt the best contractors we've ever worked with and the end result has exceeded our expectations.

We can’t praise Luke and his team highly enough for the quality of the transformation and finish they have achieved in our garden. We were prepared to wait to get them in because we knew it be worth it - and it was. Nothing was too much trouble and obstacles that arose with the groundwork were dealt with, without any fuss at all. The attitude, spirit and work ethic of the team was a pleasure to be around. No hesitation at all in recommending The Promised Landscapes to anyone who wants a first rate service and finish.
