Water heater went out in the morning, asked my neighbor if he had any recommendations for a licensed plumber and he recommended SWFL Plumbing. They were prompt in scheduling me as it was an emergency for same-day install. Technician Lucas was kind, respectful, and professional. The owner Luc stopped by to check on the project which we appreciated, something you dont see much of nowadays. He came by and introduced himself and made sure everything was up to his standard. Highly recommend, professional service, professional people, and honestly, honest price too.
Lucas did a fantastic job replacing the piping and valve on the outdoor faucet. Very clean and professional job. He is very polite and knowledgeable.
We were fortunate to have Southwest Florida Plumbing recommended to us. From the start, they clearly explained the work required for our project and provided a detailed cost estimate. Throughout the process, they kept us informed on progress and status updates. The project was completed on time, and we were very satisfied with the overall experience.
If I could rate this a -1, I would! Oasis Grand Owners beware! I called because they were already working in another unit in my high-rise condo and were able to come the same day, which I appreciated. The issue was a squealing toilet that likely needed a simple replacement kit. While Luc went downstairs to grab a part from his truck, his assistant and I were casually talking. We had no idea Luc had already “completed” the repair because it happened so quickly and with almost no communication. Honestly, we were left wondering what was even repaired. I was then charged $265 for what appears to have been a very minor fix ($14.99)— To make matters worse, now the toilet handle doesn’t flush properly at all, creating a brand-new problem that didn’t exist before. Luc told me to fix it! Unbelievable....not a problem beforehand. Very disappointed with the quality of work, communication, and value for the price. Worth sharing with the Association.
Luc is a phenomenal plumber. He has been our plumber from the time we bought our first house. I contacted him on Memorial Day and he did not hesitate to come and fix our plumbing problem. Always on time and very professional.
