I had a wonderful experience with Southwest Glass & Mirror Inc. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome and taken care of. Michael Woolley was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He also has a great sense of humor, which made the experience even better. The owner, Michael, was incredibly kind and accommodating as well. You can tell this is a company that truly cares about its customers and takes pride in its work. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a business with both excellent customer service and such a personable atmosphere. Highly recommend them for anyone needing glass or mirror work!
We had a wall of mirrors that had to be replaced - STAT - as we were losing money daily. Mike came out, gave very good advice / opinions, and idea of price on the spot. Erin in the office was very good at communicating every step along the way. Two weeks later, we have an installed wall of perfect mirrors, complete with matching cut outlet covers. Could not be happier with the entire process!
I walked into this business as I broke a framed mirror and I needed to have it replaced. It was an unusual size and thought I would be getting a quote and timeframe if it could be done. Erin and Michael were amazing!, Not only did they both take time out of their busy schedule, they gave us a great price and cut the mirror while we waited. Would highly recommend this company. Michael even gave me great tips on how to clean a glass shower door, without using all the chemicals you see in cleaning products nowadays. Will be using this store when we need to replace shower doors etc in our home.
I recently had Southwest Glass and Mirror replace a small table top with mirror. They did a fabulous job. The owner Mike was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. I will call them again for my next project.
Whoever Michael Woolley is owner or worker not sure? Rude, arrogant, insulting and never wrong. I explained how I needed it. He launched into how smart his is and the dumb mistake I was making. After several conversation about the work I realized I was dealing with a 5 year old and found another company.
