This last week I went to S-W for a new project…Cade was wonderful in helping to listen and picking out details for the project. He gave me several paint chips to help with selecting the best paint. Then they informed me of the big paint sale to help with the cost of the project. Thank you so much for all your help!
What a fantastic experience! Payne Smyrl was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He was patient and eager to educate us on different paint products. He went above and beyond to make our first big paint project an enjoyable experience to plan/purchase paint for. Very different experience/vibe than when I went to a couple big box hardware stores to initially look for paint. I will just keep coming to this Sherwin Williams in the future because of my experience with Payne.
Ran out of paint in the middle of a project, 10 minutes before SW closing time. Rushed to the store and Jackson was such a huge help and saved the day! He was so welcoming and friendly even though I'm sure showing up right at closing is an inconvenience. We sure appreciated the excellent service!

Assistance we received with Cabinet paint selection (quality) and right brushes and rollers was excellent. Mixed paint on the spot in less than 5 minutes - AND 30% off sale to boot on their Emerald line. Paint (hybrid) was odorless and dried quickly -less than an hour. No sanding needed on our cabinets - just wiped them off with acetone and later two coats of the paint - looks like it was sprayed - very professional finish on our contractor grade cabinets. Will definitely not go back to HD or even LW's (they carry SW paint) due to the sale price and top notch customer service - and practically no wait.
