Phoenix Gas and Heating recently visited to look at an issue with our hot water no longer working on the timer. The root cause was speedily identified and a return visit agreed, as a replacement part was required to fix the issue. The return visit proceeded as planned and the issue was successfully resolved. I was very happy with the overall customer service and found Phoenix Gas and Heating to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Abdul and colleagues have been amazing. After my boiler broke down the other day, they have been so quick in getting me booked in and getting it replaced.
