Dr. Stibbard and the PetVet team are so amazing! She truly listened to my concerns with no judgement and actually helped my cat, Zeus. Within just a few hours of getting medicine and recommended food from Dr. Stibbard, he started getting better! The emergency vet I went to at first did nothing for him and gave him nothing. So I will fur-ever keep coming back to PetVet and Dr. Stibbard. She genuinely cares about what she does and the animals she helps.
We have a new puppy and petvet has been awesome. They are great at making sure that I understand everything, answer questions very throughly and the billing system is simple and easy to understand. We have dropped off labs pick up medication and gotten vaccines and it has all been very easy. The staff is full of people who love animals and seem really happy to be there and just be helpful in general. Dr. Okazaki and her team are amazing and really emphasized maintaining a posture atmosphere for our puppy so that he would enjoy vet trips and not dread them. So far this has been a great experience for us (pets and people).
Staff and doctors are awesome. Service was top tier and communication was on point. Staff explained all my Kona Boys prescriptions and even helped me with getting meds before his appointment. No pressure to do all necessary work one time. It can be financially hard...so what ever the customer chooses....they are all good with it. Recommend 100%.
As a senior dog owner, I trusted this clinic to be honest and upfront with me, but instead, I felt misled and led on about prescription options and treatment options. I understand that veterinary medicine can be complicated and outcomes are never guaranteed but honesty transparency, and compassion are extremely important especially dealing with an elderly pet. Unfortunately my experience left me feeling frustrated, emotionally drained, and without clear answers. I hope this review encourages this clinic to improve and to be more transparent, and have more empathy and sympathy with Pet owners and difficult situations. and if I could give this clinic, a big zero I would but it’s forcing me to even give one star.
I’m very comfortable with Dr. Stibbard. She’s thorough with going over my dog and any concerns I may have, etc. She’s very professional and gives advice based on my dogs history and what measures and or proper care is best for my dog. My only draw back is when they had done a blood work analysis on my dog, that they had asked also for her urine sample as well. However, I did bring in the urine sample in the next day. There seems to be a lack of communication. And yet I still got another email to submit my dogs urine sample after the fact. Otherwise I am very pleased with Dr. Stibbard.
