Our experience from Paul Gray and his team was nothing short of amazing from the moment that we requested a quote from Emily to the hand over from our Supervisor Jai and everyone in between. Everyone was super lovely and helpful and made an exciting but daunting experience stress free. We are also extremely happy with the outcome of our beautiful home. The building process with Paul Gray has been nothing short of exceptional. We were so well looked after by Jesse, Nath, Paul, Vicki, Fiona and the whole PGB team from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we are so happy with our house. The post handover support from Murray and the team has also been phenomenal. After building in the past with other big name builders, there is no comparison. The service and the end product is worlds apart. We would highly recommend PGB to anyone looking to build their first house or their forever home. Thanks so much!
A great experience to build with Paul Gray. All the staff were more than willing to go out of their way to assist with any request or question that arose during the whole process, nothing was any trouble at all. I'd give extra stars if possible. Right from the start the process was an absolute pleasure. The team were a joy to work with, very easy to communicate with, and more than willing to be flexible. The final result is fantastic. No corners cut, no compromises on quality, and everything thoroughly and thoughtfully carried out. A big shout out to Jai, building supervisors, with his weekly updates, photos, and pride in his work. If I were to build again, I wouldn't hesitate to engage Paul Gray Builders, and am happy to highly recommend them to anyone wanting a stress free building experience.
Built my retirement home with Paul Gray and cannot praise them high enough. Being a single woman in her late 60s and building a new home can be a daunting experience but Paul and his team kept me informed and up to date throughout the journey. Couldn't recommend Paul Gray Builders high enough and both Emily and Nathan the supervisor were wonderful.
