Beyond thrilled with Steve Zeinner and Palm Tree Painters. Steve just painted our entire home after we purchased it; walls, baseboard, trim/doors, crown, ceiling, everything. At 3,500 sq.ft., we have plenty of examples of his workmanship and it’s impeccable. Steve is truly a master-painter. He’s thorough, punctual, honest, and very reasonable in his pricing. He meticulously preps the space before painting and leaves the home cleaner than he found it when done, sweeping and vacuuming his way out. He took the extra time to make sure things were perfect; adjusting doors, fixing/replacing baseboard, replacing lights, you name it. I’ve worked with many different painting companies over the years. This is the first time I’ve had a home painted where I was impressed by the finished product. If you’re tired of hiring a painting company where the owner shows up for the quote and then sends over a random crew of guys to do the work, Palm Tree Painters is the company for you. Steve’s not just the painter. He's the owner. He has a vested interest in the success of his company and he shows it in the quality of his work and his professionalism. Can’t say enough good about Steve and the work he did for us! It goes without saying, but HIGHLY recommend!

Palm Tree Painters, LLC, owner Steve Zeinner, is honest, talented, and professional. His work is top notch. He is a man of his word. He is fair in pricing. He is prompt. You can count on him to allow enough time to do the job right and then finish on time. We highly recommend Steve for inside and outside work. Our home inside was flooded with 4.5 feet of water (total of 11 feet from the ground up to the bottom of our upper cabinets) during Hurricane Ian. Steve worked diligently to restore our kitchen and master bath so we did not have to replace the cabinets. He is the best. We are grateful. Note: The before kitchen pictures are the black and the after pictures are the all white cabinets.

Steve is wonderful to work with. He is punctual, professional, kind, and a pleasure to have working in our home. I have a young toddler at home with me, and I had great peace of mind knowing that Steve would be doing the work himself instead of a crew that I did not know. Steve painted most of our first floor, including a great room and a staircase with double height ceilings. He works quickly, but always with great attention to detail and doesn’t take any shortcuts when it comes to quality. We are very pleased with the final product and would highly recommend Palm Tree Painters to any of my friends and family.

Steve painted the entire interior of my condo. He kept in constant contact with me. I am so impressed by his work. He protected all of my furnishings and carpets and did an exceptional job painting. We’re so pleased with him that we’ve asked him to come back and paint our kitchen cabinets and vanities. You can’t go wrong calling Steve.

By far the Best painter around. Had an eye and touch that was impeccable. He painted the interior walls , did accent walls and the did the island in the kitchen bathroom with an accent wall. Solid work, great attitude, knowledgeable and hard worker.
