I’d definitely recommend this clinic. Leanne has always been so helpful whenever I have questions or concerns about my dogs, and she’s been able to get us appointments when we really needed them. I also appreciate how comfortable I feel voicing any concerns here—it makes a big difference compared to other places I’ve been. They’ve handled my dog Bella really well too. At a previous vet, I was told they couldn’t manage her and might need to sedate her just to examine her, so it means a lot to have a team that can care for her properly without that added stress. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience and would recommend them

I truly can’t say enough good things about this vet office and the entire staff. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how kind, genuine, and caring everyone is. They don’t just do their jobs, they clearly love what they do, and it shows :) I’ve bee here multiple times and always feel the same about this place. The staff is always so patient, gentle, and reassuring, and they make every visit feel calm and welcoming. Dr. Ganzer is absolutely the best! You can tell he truly cares and takes the time to make sure you understand everything and feel confident about your pet’s care.

Dr. Choy was very knowledgeable and thoughtful when I brought up any concerns regarding my cats. She was very thorough and went above and beyond for the care of my cats. I appreciate that she was also very friendly and gentle with my cats. I also appreciate that they use Cherry as a payment vendor to break payments up in manageable amounts. I feel more confident getting any care all 3 of my cats need since I can pat in increments.

Our dog Happy’s veterinarian, Dr. Kaya, is truly wonderful. He is always patient, sincere, and caring during every examination, and he genuinely listens to my concerns and answers thoughtfully. We really respect and appreciate his dedication. The Oahu vet Clinic staff are also consistently kind and friendly, which makes every visit a positive experience. We are very grateful and happy with the care they provide. 🙏

First of all…Who’s leaving all of these reviews ? When I took my dog in , seriously no one . Well , I did see one person . The staff ? That’s what you have to worry about . When there’s that many on hand to basically do nothing . 3 office workers with no clients save me ? My appointment was an hour and a half early . No surprise there . We were the only one’s in there . Then you put your Instagram username which I guess they use to advertise but if you take pictures you can’t use them without their consent ? I don’t get it . $68.00 for an appointment . Nothing done . A reservation when there’s no one in there . That didn’t make sense . Okay , blood test , I can’t say what else because they took him from me into another room with this nonsensical sentence . They usually do better-I’ll say it this way-when the owners not present . Where’s the logic in that ? Wouldn’t you and your dog , cat , whatever feel more at ease with you than them ? $785.00 for a blood test , flea pills and something to stop his ‘loose and soft’ stool ? I told the doctor he wasn’t eating of course he’s gonna have the runs if he eats just a little because his stomach’s not used to it . Maybe you should bring your dog , cat , etc to me because I can tell you that without charging you a penny and I didn’t see his blood work , nothing and his service dog vest was still on when he came back . A bandage on his leg where they supposedly drew blood . If you talk to his vet , Dr Hummel at Pet Smart in Mililani they have to muzzle him and I’m right there with him . How did they draw blood from him without getting snapped at and why was his vest still on ? How can you check anything with that thing on and at the end she said she’d put me in touch with a nutritionist for him but I had to remind her 4 times . That’s it !!! Never again !!! I don’t care if I have to go all the way to Mililani . It’s cheaper and you’re there with your dog , cat , etc…I’ve never seen Dr Hummel draw blood and he comes out wearing too much tape or whatever . So , 147 reviews . From who ? Don’t believe me ? Walk in at anytime . Just don’t make an appointment unless your name is , Ross Perot !!!
