The bar is easily located and has a good outside seating area. The atmosphere and the bar staff were welcoming but the reason behind giving the one star is that the entire premise of the venue is that it's a karaoke bar and despite queuing a song as we got in, we waited for 3 hours only to not be able to sing as it was closing time by that point. Our song kept getting pushed back because the DJ kept letting staff and people he favoured skip the queue. He brushed us off even when we asked about it politely. Extremely poor customer service on the entertainment side of the bar.
Amazing place, same owners as O’Reilley’s - they run epic spots!!!!! So much fun and the Karaoke DJ Amanda is soooo great, best times here 💯
This place has the best dj ever… he knows how to adapt to his public, doesn’t matter if it’s Spanish, Portuguese, German or from Belgium, he always knows how to create an incredible atmosphere in between. Thank you for everything Haroon!!
Hospitality of the staff is awful. Bar staff are lovely and kind but everyone else is awful. Cannot recommend at all. The DJ in charge or karaoke will allow bar staff to queue songs for themselves all night but if you’re not there when they open you aren’t getting your song in. Could be a really nice venue but had the same issue 2 nights in a row. Don’t go.
WAITED 3 HOURS TO SING KARAOKE, KEPT GETTING MOVED BACK AND REASSURED WE WOULD BE NEXT, FOR THEM TO SAY LAST SONG AND NOT PLAY OUR SONG, I GET IT WE ARENT FROM HERE BUT WE WERE HAVING AS MUCH FUN AS THE NEXT PERSON. just disappointed other than that, people were nice and singing from others was fun
