Taylor Fitzgerald from Mr. Rooter Plumbing was exceptional from start to finish. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with the water heater in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was his professionalism and integrity. He did not rush the process or push unnecessary work. Instead, he focused on providing an accurate diagnosis and made sure I understood the condition of the unit and the appropriate next steps. What truly set him apart was that he also took the time to review a previous service call with me—something he absolutely did not have to do—just to ensure I felt confident and at ease with the situation. That level of care and attention speaks volumes about his character and commitment to doing the job right. I contacted Mr rooter plumbing at 5:15 due to a leak with my water heater. They sent someone to my house by 6:30. The gentlemen that arrived was named Taylor.. he was very professional prompt and courteous. He answered the various questions I had in regards to what caused the issue and other plumbing questions I had in regards to potential future task. He quickly assess the issue and replace the matter in about 30 minutes. Area in which he worked in was just as clean as when he started and he made sure to pack up everything and everything was working before he left.. I called three Total plumbing people to see who can get to my residence the quickest and this is by far not only the most efficient company but also cost-effective as they come out fee is only $89 and if you do the service it is factored into the price of your service. I definitely will be using them for all my plumbing needs. Great job taylor

The dispatcher was quite helpful and interactive in ensuring I was aware of the arrival time for my service call. Once at my house, the technicians were considerate and mindful of respecting my home, all the while providing a successful resolution to a very difficult plumbing problem. After obtaining photographs and a plan, they met with my husband, too, providing us with a well-thought out repair plan including a detailed estimate. While no one wants to need such services, we are both relieved to know Mr Rooter is available and will certainly be our go-to company for such assistance!

My husband accidentally broke the shower while trying to change some spare parts and we couldn't turn the water meter back on until it was fixed. It was around dinner time & luckily after explaining the issue, they sent someone the very next morning to fix it. He was able to solve the issue, replace the parts needed with new ones and done before noon. Taylor was very professional & we would definitely use their service again in future if needed.
