When our heat went out during the recent ice storm, Bill was able to come by within hours and locate a hard-to-find part to get it up and running quickly - and before our house became too cool for our medically fragile daughter. Honest family-run business that stands out from the competition. We have used Longton several times at our home to keep our HVAC systems in tip-top shape, and the quality and thoroughness of their work is commendable. Also, they are forthright and honest -- during a recent visit the tech thought I might have needed an expensive repair, but it turned out not to be the case, and the fix was much simpler. I appreciate that type of honesty! Five stars all the way, I am a customer for life (or at least as long as we live in the area!)
Bill and Theresa are outstanding and exceptional. Bill stopped by yesterday for a quick fix on my downstairs AC unit and was superb in diagnosing the issue quickly, explaining the issue to me in detail, and implementing a fix.
