This was my first time using a junk removal company, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Junk King’s prices were very fair, and scheduling an appointment was quick and easy—I did everything online. Their communication throughout the process was excellent. The crew that came out was incredibly helpful. I was working within a budget, and they went above and beyond to keep the cost right where I wanted it. They even took the time to break down some of the larger items to help me stay within my price range. On top of that, they pointed out that a few of my metal items could be picked up by scrappers instead, which saved me even more money. It’s rare to come across a team that genuinely cares about helping the customer rather than just maximizing the bill. Because of their honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, I’ll definitely be using Junk King again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing junk removal.

They were extremely professional and respectful. From calling ahead to let us know when to expect them and then calling again with an update, we were well-informed regarding their arrival. Once there, they loaded everything quickly. I would definitely recommend this service! Danny and Reggie were great!!

Danny and Beau were absolutely amazing! I had a storage unit in Fort Worth that needed to be cleared out, and they made the entire process stress-free from start to finish. They showed up on early, were extremely professional, and got straight to work. What really stood out was how fast and efficient they were no time wasted, but still careful. They were also super friendly and respectful, which made a big difference. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people, not just getting the job done. This company is awesome! Bo and Emerson were personable, tireless, hard workers, fast and efficient! I was both amazed and impressed how much stuff they were able to put on the truck using every inch. I definitely recommend them for your junk hauling needs and will use the m again! Their pricing was fair and competitive and they were worth every penny!
