After using iStone 10 years ago to replace our kitchen floor, we decided to have them bid on two complete bathroom remodels and new hall and master bedroom tile flooring. Their bid was competitive and we chose them for the job. Their subs included electric, plumbing, custom cabinetry, construction/painting, and tile work. Every sub was excellent: courteous, clean, and excellent in their respective disciplines. I wouldn’t hesitate to use iStone again for any project.

IStone store personnel, AJ and Brooklyn, were attentive, helpful, and generous. They helped us select the best flooring for our budget and for the current colors of our walls. They also recently helped us remodel our master bathroom! Ricardo and Jose did a wonderful job, were super professional, and were patient enough to talk us through each process. IStone did a great job working with our insurance and meeting us where we were financially to get the best deal that we could on our limited budget. Having used them twice now, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I’m very happy with iStone Floors. It has been almost a year since they replaced the carpet with laminated hardwood floors at my house, covering a significant surface, for a significant lower cost than other companies in the area. The owner came to my house for measurements and spent extensive time with me at their showroom to help me decide what type of flooring would be best for my house and budget. The team of workers was very nice and worked around and through the winter storm that caused delays in material delivery last January, to complete leveling and laying the floors. They moved furniture out of the way, then placed it back, some had to be reassembled. Some scratches happened, which is inevitable, so if you have any particular item you very precious to you, you might want to place it away and in a safe place yourself. I also wish they had told me that dust will be literally everywhere, I would have planned for some things, such as couch, mattress, to be covered with plastic wrap ahead of time, I learned the hard way. But this is normal for any major home-improvement project, I just never experienced one at this level before, so I will know for the future. Overall, the experience was excellent, it felt like I made new friends with the owner -AJ, his store associate - Brooklyn, as well as the team of workers lead by Baltasar, very nice, personable people, who care about the quality of their work. After 11 months, I’m still very much in love with my floors, they look great, there are no deformities, no scratches, I cannot wait to have enough budget to hire iStone Floors and do all this for the stairs and 2nd floor, in the near future.
