⭐ 2/5 — Good Concept, Poor Execution I visited today i.e. 8th May around 9:55 PM with the hope of enjoying a relaxed crepe and waffle. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations. The shop was moderately busy, but the staff struggled to manage orders without any token or table number system. This led to visible confusion, and it showed — I had to remind the staff about my waffle, and my crepe arrived nearly 35 minutes after ordering, even after customers who came in after me had been served. Additionally, both items on the menu are described as being served with ice cream, but neither my crepe nor my waffle came with any. This felt misleading and added to the overall disappointment. I'd genuinely like to see this place do better — a simple queuing or table system would go a long way, and staff should be briefed on menu inclusions before each shift. The desserts have potential, but the service needs significant improvement before I'd consider returning.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely unreal. The shakes are to die for and the crepes… oh my daysssss. Massive portions, fresh ingredients and everything tastes spot on. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is great whether you’re grabbing a quick dessert or sitting down with mates. If you’ve got a sweet tooth and you’re in Bendigo, do yourself a favour and get down to Heavenly Melts. I’ll definitely be back. 🍓🥞🥤🔥

The lady serving us was super friendly. Also it was nice to be able to see how she made the crepe. The place was nice and you can sit outside too. So nice that there is a dessert place open late. The crepe was soft and gooey. The only thing for me was it was probably too sweet/too much sauce for me, I could probably do with half amount the sauce. It was a pistachio crepe.

Delicious waffle, but terrible service! We ordered a Nutella waffle that should have included strawberries. It was missing, and when we asked, the staff claimed they ran out. They should have told us before we ordered instead of hiding it. I had to ask for banana as a replacement myself, even though the price difference is huge. $14 for just a Nutella waffle and a banana is ridiculous.

Came in late last night looking for a crepe. Could not have been more impressed with this establishment. The crepes are very well done, and the presentation was lovely. It was very relaxing watching them be made. The atmosphere is lively and a stark contrast to the mall. The crepe rivals those of Melbourne's fine dining. Staff were so kind and not only got my orders out in a timely manner considering the large crowds filling the store, but handled some very rude guests with a calm and understanding that I myself would not have. This is a fantastic family business in which you can really taste the love that goes into everything made. The only negative was not the store but other customers. It was very sad to see that level impatience and disrespect from adults who should know better. One group was very loud and was approaching staff every few minutes holding up service. In my resteraunt, they would have been asked to leave.
