HCJ has been the best pool service provider I have worked with. I purchased my home in 2021 and it came with a pool for which I had no records or information. After working with a couple other pool companies over the years I was introduced to HCJ last year and let me tell you they have been absolutely amazing. First and foremost the best thing they've done is educate me on the workings of the pool and equipment like nobody else has ever done. After a pump failure last year they walked me through their recommendation for a new pump going into details about how the new equipment would interact with the old setup and showing me how to work the new equipment. I had an immediate reduction in my electric bill and the pump works great. This season they are helping upgrade the filter and heater. After an problem with freezing over the winter they got my pool back into tip-top shape and ready for swimming. They do quality work, do not leave anything undone, and are not afraid to stay until they are sure everything is in good order. I will be recommending HCJ Pool Services to all of my friends and colleagues.

I scheduled a pool school lesson with HCJ and it was well worth the reasonable price to be able to have somebody with professional pool knowledge come out. The technician, Bryan, was knowledgeable and experienced. He answered my questions on things ive noticed with my pool system and went over standard pool operating topics. I fully recommend the service to learn about your system/equipment for a first time pool owner. They also cover the services they provide and equipment replacement projections/prices, which is nice to know.

Communication is important to me, and HCJ excels. I get reports with pictures after every visit. When I reach out with a question, I get a quick response. They keep everything running smoothly, and my pool looks great. I recommend HCJ Pool Services to anyone looking for reliable pool service.

After hiring for our pool inspection, had them come open the pool, install updated equipment, enrolled in “pool school” and will have HCJ maintain pool for the whole season. Incredibly professional, efficient and friendly to work with! Honest and fair prices, nice team and great service, highly recommend!

HCJ pool was recommended to us by another company which is already a good sign. Brian arrived within a day, made sure we had a complete breakdown of what was wrong to include pictures with the invoice. He was back winthin a few days to complete the work we approved and also checked in with us for days after to make sure all parts were working properly. We couldn’t have been more grateful. Lastly, Sara is amazing, friendly and very organized to work with setting up your appointments. We are so pleased to have a great pool company to rely on
