I highly recommend Nisar Ahmed and the entire Hail2Nail team for their outstanding expertise, professionalism, and customer-first approach. I have hired them for my new roof and gutter install. He executed my job much before the due date with exceptional skill and attention to detail . Nisar is a true subject matter expert—whether it’s installing a new roof, handling repairs, or managing gutter replacements. His technical knowledge is far beyond what I’ve seen with other contractors, and he always takes the time to explain the best solution for each property. Most importantly, he shares pictures and videos of before and after while the job is in progress. What truly sets Nisar apart is his ability to handle the entire process end-to-end. He is extremely articulate when dealing with insurance company adjusters and knows exactly how to navigate claims so customers receive the maximum possible benefit. His guidance made the insurance process smooth and stress-free. Hail2Nail did an exceptional job with our gutters. The quoting process was quick smooth and informative. They answered all my questions to satisfaction (and I had quite a few questions being a first time homeowner). The price quoted was competitive with other vendors I had approached. However, they have an edge over the others based on the work that was done. They were punctual on the day of the install and finished the job efficiently. The manager, Mr. Nisar, was on the job site from start to finish making sure that the work being done is of top quality. We are happy and grateful to the Hail2Nail team. The gutters were tested this weekend with having rain and thunderstorms in the McKinney area. The gutters worked well. Thank you Hail2Nail. I will be glad to work with them again in the future as they do other remodeling work as well.
When looking to replace your roof and gutters, I highly recommend contacting Nisar Ahmed, the owner of Hail2Nail Contracting. He is very knowledgeable and was involved throughout the process of selecting the best type of materials and working on my behalf with the insurance company to ensure everything was accounted for. Nisar was on-site the whole time his crew was working, and at times on the roof, ensuring everything was moving along. Once completed, his team did a fantastic job cleaning up any messes and putting items back into place.
