All smiles to start with - then progressively went backwards. Not communicative, gave incorrect advice regarding JobKeeper - had to do it all myself as well as Super etc. Made us feel as though we were a distraction in their business. Gone to a fee based accountant with more personal service. Perhaps we were too small for them to bother with?
Great accounting services. They helped me both with taxation and advice on Super and they were very professional and friendly.
