Using the builder’s recommended landscape company proved to be an expensive and disappointing, not to mention, frustrating experience. Imagine 1/3 of an acre with an insufficient irrigation system, dying and diseased “grass” which was reminiscent of a pasture, and 9 trees which were all in a state of struggle. All this and absolutely no curb appeal street side expect for the mounds of mulch and not a stitch of vegetation. Jason and his team had always been my first choice for a landscaping vendor so I was thrilled when he agreed to take on the job. We asked him to design a curbside landscape and implement it as he saw fit. And much like Island Sprinkler, as the project progressed, we were so happy that we expanded the scope to include a full replacement of all the grass by Jason and team. Suffice it to say…our expectations were so far exceeded!! The design, layout and plantings yielded a stunning result that even the neighbors appreciate and commented on, lol. I don’t know how he does it so I’ll just say that Jason has a real talent for design. His communication was exemplary and whenever we needed to course correct he was on top of it and I did not have to worry about it. There is not a day which goes by that I’m not grateful for the work which was done for us. His team continues to maintain our property and it is looking better than it ever has. Jason was fantastic to work with! He was super friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about palm care. He applied fertilizer to all of our palms and took the time to explain what he was doing and what to expect. One of our palms has been looking sick, and we really appreciate his help and guidance as we’re hoping to save it. Great service, great attitude. Highly recommend!

Great service. Clean job site. Did exactly what they quoted. Also job was sensitive because it was our neighbor’s tree. They were elderly and the tree hadn’t been pruned for a very long time. We agreed to pay for the service as it was causing damage to our roof. Jason and his crew were careful not to disturb the property and cleaned everything up afterwards.
