I would highly recommend Enforcement-Homewatch and certainly plan to continue using them! We purchased our home last year, March 2023 and did some research on who to use for home watch. Osmany did a terrific job for us, he was always reachable and communicated regularly while we were away. Not only did he watch after our house, he was also available several times to open and watch as we had some deliveries during our absence. We are 100 percent happy and it basically felt as though we were there watching our home ourselves!!!
If you are looking for a reliable home watch person, Osmany is your guy! He’s been mine for about 6 years and through two hurricanes. He contacted me within a day or two to let me know if I had any damage. What a relief it was to know about my house so fast. He is also helpful in finding repair people. When I called or text him he immediately answers. Osmany checks my house twice a month and has alerted me when things need immediate attention and met with repairmen when I couldn’t. He takes his job seriously and is a genuinely nice guy. You can’t go wrong with hiring Osmany!
We engaged Osmany for home watching for the past three summers. We gave him an extensive memorandum listing a number of specific tasks. He functioned admirably on all points. We are very comfortable with engaging his services and highly recommend him. He is honorable, diligent, thorough and always available.
