I have seen all three doctors at Elite Spine. They have all been great. They were able to get me in quickly. I couldn't sit up without considerable pain. Dr. Lee was great with injections and was very frank with me about what he would be able to do. When surgery was necessary Dr. Hayes was amazing. He was able to get me taken care of when in a time pinch. He is very detailed and very good at what he does. I had a similar procedure 20 years ago. This go around I was able to get up by myself on the first day. I also want to give a special thanks to Stacey the surgery schedule for Dr. Hayes and Donni who helped make sure everything was taken care of before and after the procedure. Those ladies are an amazing asset to your team. Thank you too all the Elite Spine team for making this time better.

The staff is pretty decent. I would not recommend anyone to see Dr. Donovan. I have never had a doctor not listen to me or make me feel worse after seeing them. He provided no solutions to my pain just tests and ignored my pleas of how much pain I am in. I eventually just had to go to the emergency room to get some relief. I also told him how painful driving is for me and that it's 60% of my job. I ask for some kind of documentation for work, this was just completely ignored by him. I have lost work because of it, and I am still have no answers for my pain, because appointments are a month apart. I was able to get a new doctor quite easily and would NOT send my worst enemy to see Dr. Donothing.

When my mom needed surgery, Dr. Hayes was the one doctor we fully trusted, and after going through this experience, I can honestly say we could not have asked for better care. He is very straightforward and honest, but in a way that makes you feel informed, prepared, and cared for. He never sugarcoated things, yet somehow always made us feel reassured at the same time. What meant the most to me was how much he truly advocated for my mom. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best possible outcome for them. During a very stressful and emotional time, his confidence, skill, and compassion made all the difference. The results from my mom’s surgery have already been amazing. Before surgery, she was in so much pain and struggled to do everyday things. We are only 3 weeks post-surgery, and she is already able to do more now than she could before the surgery. Seeing her finally get relief from that pain has meant everything to me. I truly would not have wanted anyone else doing my mom’s surgery. We are beyond grateful for everything Dr. Hayes did for her.

%100 percent satisfied! I was severely suffering for many years with neck and back pain. I had severe sinusitis and really bad trigeminal neuralgia headaches, I could not work and the quality of my life was so bad that I was really depressed. I saw several doctors with no help before seeing Dr Hayes. OMG this man is the bomb! His team is the bomb! He immediately saw my cervical and lumbar spinal stenosis and recommend surgery. I had 2 spinal reconstruction surgeries in 3 months and 6 months later I am a brand-new person. No more headaches no more sinusitis no more pain! Even though it takes a year for spinal fusion to fully heal I feel great. I am so happy for what Dr Hayes and his crew has done for me. I have a promising future because of them. I Love Dr Hayes. He is kind and understanding and caring. Dr Hayes and his crew were with me %100 of the way through all of it and they remain with me still to this day and I will never forget the life changing experience they made in my life. They gave me back my life. I am back to work, going to school, walking, swimming, biking and have a bright outlook for my future. I'm so happy! Thank you! Thank you to the moon! I love you! My friends and family love you! If you are in doubt about your condition and need a straight answer go get an MRI and go see Elite Spine and Orthopedics, they really are the Elites of the Elites. My experience with Dr. Donovan .MD and Dr. Victor Hayes MD. Was beyond my expectations. They treated me very well. Within a short notice my surgery was seamless and precise. My left hip went from very painful to painless after surgery. Dr Donovan thank you and your team. I couldn’t have done this without Dr Victor Hayes and his team .
