I’ve had a great experience working with Elias Brothers, and their team has been wonderful to collaborate with. Cassie has been phenomenal to work with, she is always so friendly, responsive, and helpful. I always look forward to speaking with her when I go out for proposals. My boards and fellow property managers truly enjoy working with her, and she does an excellent job representing the company. Brett is also always very nice and great to talk with whenever I see him at industry events. It’s clear they have a strong, professional team. I’ve had a couple of properties hire Elias Brothers for painting and restoration projects, and our experience has been very positive. Their work is high quality, they move quickly, and their customer service is excellent whenever I have questions or need assistance. I recently signed another contract with them for a painting project at one of the condo buildings I manage and I’m looking forward to getting started. I highly recommend Elias Brothers to anyone looking for a company that delivers quality work and great service.

WORST painting job ever. I do not recommend this company. Beware unless you enjoy hiring incompetent contractors and unprofessional staffing including their management team and wasting your money with a sloppy job. We wouldn’t recommend them to our worst enemy.

Just completed pressure washing, caulking and painting 23 homes in our neighborhood. A terrific experience. Professional and courteous. Very efficient and thorough. All residents were very happy and the cost was reasonable.

Our 24 unit condo association has been working with the company to resolve some discrepancies we had with the bid on our job. We have met with the Elias Brothers and have been very pleased with their cooperation. The work that was done was nothing but the best of quality work!

The company does a great job with the overall painting of buildings but sometimes the end don’t justify the means. Front yard plants damage: Be cautious as a lot of your items outside are not correctly, covered and protected from them nor do they care to respect my time when they are doing these projects when asked to reschedule. I had to pay for a few items out of my pocket through no fault of my own and my plants were painted and stepped on without any consideration. Security cameras damage: I had to redo all of my security cameras and has come out of my pocket for a job that did not even need to be done and I wish some sort of reimbursement would take place to offset. No schedule, flexibility, whatsoever: Andy Davies (Email response in photos) was especially not helpful and not very understanding that some people have to work for a living and not having any flexibility on rescheduling these jobs is not very reasonable. This notice of two days where our front door had to be completely left open for four hours, was only given days before the project itself in December, a very busy time in Naples, where most of us are working for a living. Overview, Understanding of other people’s situation could benefit this business: A little compassion goes a long way and I would warn any future clients to properly document the before photos in case there is damages after as I did not understand the scope of the damage that would be happening through a simple paint job. Photos attached are examples of a dead plant after being stepped on 1 week after and one of the valued plants that were painted on negligently.
