My family and I had a wonderful stay at Seaside 308! Everything just as described but even better in person! It's even closer to the beach than we anticipated. Very convenient having our beach items in the trunk & then just pulling it out & walking a few steps out to the beach. Communication with the host was super easy & fluid. They answered all my questions. We were able to add on early check in/late checkout which was super convenient. The kitchen had everything you need. Even a mixer! We ended up making cinnamon rolls from scratch one night. The balcony being screened in was perfect. The building is very well kept including the pool area and all the BBQs. The keyless entry doors were easy to use. There's a Publix right across the street that you can walk to/from w/o a problem. Literally 8-10 mins away from a handful of restaurants too. We truly had such a great time & we're hoping to be back again in the future b/c it was a vacation to remember!! Highly recommend! Thank you!!

We have stayed at a lot of beach homes in the past. But this one was exceptional! It was beautiful and very well decorated. It was better than the description. The attention to detail was awesome. The location was amazing. We literally walked out the door and onto the walkway to a beautiful beach. It was never crowded, even on the weekend. We would definitely stay there again!!!

The unit at Lovers Key resort was wonderful. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. The view is spectacular. There are a lot of windows and we saw dolphins and beautiful sunsets every night. The pool is lovely and refreshing. Flippers is the only restaurant nearby, it is right next to the pool and had a very nice menu and great food and drink. Lovers Key Beach is about an 8 min drive, it is too far to walk to. Great shelling and beautiful beach. Lovers Key resort is a bit remote but a great place for relaxing . All other restaurants and stores are within short driving distances. Distinctive Beach Rentals were great to work with. Very prompt and helpful. We booked for 3 nights but stayed for 2 because we had a late flight. It was well worth doing that because we were able to enjoy the beach and the pool before heading out . I would stay here again.

We loved our condo! It was very clean, beautiful ocean view, Publix right across the street. It was in the more quiet part of Estero blvd which my husband and I loved but the teenagers weren’t as happy being further from the action and you are not allowed to have a golf cart there so that will keep us from renting in again when kids are with us.

Overall great experience, nice condo and beautiful location. The condo could use some black out curtains (really a big deal unless you like waking up at sunrise) and beach towels!
