Had no wait to get a table but we did go early for dinner. Host was very friendly and even held the door open for us. Service was okay, the waiter was nice but I guess he was a little busy because my drink took a while to refill. Now the food… to be honest it’s not gonna be some five star food it’s just a casual restaurant. The ribs were hella dry, even though I got the ones with the sauce, I’m shocked they took away the corn on the cob that used to come with it. Also I do like some seasoning on my fries but they were loaded to the max and even my son’s one was too much. Would I come back? Yeah sure, but not anytime soon.
Our server Charis was the best, sweetest, most helpful server. The hosts were very attentive and welcoming as well. Our food came quickly and just as ordered. We couldn't have asked for better service for our dinner meal this past Monday night. I recommend the virgin Pina colada and Li Hing Rita they were super refreshing for my Nina and I who don't drink alcohol. We will be back soon I'm sure.😊
Our server was Lani. Lani was by far the best server we have had at this location!!! She was very attentive, her customer service was spot on, she listened and got us everything we asked for, and everything was perfect. She checked on us multiple times. Lani, thank you for your service and attitude!!! It goes a long ways!! Highly Recommend!!! Lani, keep up the great attitude!! You deserve a raise 🙌
One side of our Booth was totally ripped , no effort to fix. Host took her time seating us and started cleaning multiple tables before eventually coming back to get us. The ribs were the worst I’ve ever been served it was kind of a joke how bad they were. Overcooked by like five hours or something, it felt like they took the ribs with the least amount of meat on them possible and then microwaved it for hours. Absolutely terrible. The fajitas were ok, service was disjointed and weird. Server was nice but didn’t take a drink order at first just asked if we needed more time then left before asking about drinks or anything, the place felt very very chaotic. Will Never go back. Safer Chilis down da road LOL
The best Chili's I've experienced yet. Not just in Hawaii but the mainland also. Great Staff very clean restaurant inside and out. Talk about fast service and I was there during lunch hours. Secret Sauce Burger was amazing, only one drawback, so many choices it's hard to decide which one to order. Plenty of parking, wheelchair parking and access. Recommend to everyone by yourself or with your Ohana.
