I couldn’t be more impressed with their repair department. From the first phone call to the completed repair, the entire process was smooth and professional. The technician showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what needed to be done before starting the work. The repair was completed efficiently and done right the first time. You can tell they truly understand pool systems and take pride in their workmanship. Everything was left clean and organized, and my pool has been running perfectly since. There is good and then there’s really good. Bill and his crew have been extremely reliable. It’s great to know that you're going to have everything done right week after week without fail. The communication is beyond exceptional. They are always quick to respond and send technicians if needed. And always explain in detail what action is required to make the pool perfect. We could tell from the start that Bill values his clients. We appreciate his loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, dedication, integrity and commitment. It's really hard to find those traits in a company these days so we are happy to have found Cannonball Pool service. We highly recommend the respectable and hard working staff. Only been using Cannonball for a few months after purchasing a home in the area. No complaints at all. Everyone is so happy, professional and courteous. They do a great job looking after all our needs with the pool. The pool water is crystal clear. Highly recommend them as they obviously know what they're doing!
