Booked my car in on line on Thursday to be done on Monday at 12pm i had to go through the booking as if it was my car getting done but in the message box at the bottom i stated it was for the 2 front seats only as they needed a deep clean, the booking was confirmed so on Friday i phoned Steve and was told by voice message to send a text to that number so i did just wanting a price for doing the front seats so that ide have the cash here for him, Monday is here I've had no response of any kind, email, phone call, or text

After hearing great things about this service. I booked in for the Full valet premium service. Was booked for in for 12 the first time, waited in and at 13:30 I got a message saying he wasn’t able to attend. That’s fine, thought I’d reschedule. He rescheduled for the following Sunday. Only to message 2 hours before I was due to get my car done and said again he was cancelling. Poor communication. Went elsewhere

Booked for a day and it was cancelled, got an email saying I would get a call about booking. No responses to my emails following the cancellation. Don’t hassle yourself with their poor communication and go somewhere else. Edit after response- There was no phone call or voice mail the following day otherwise I wouldn’t have left a poor review lol.

Dreadful - let us down badly. Requested valet for Thursday - asked on Weds if they could come on Monday (bank holiday) instead - agreed reluctantly - and then kept putting us off and putting us off due to rain. Thursday's weather was fine as was the whole weekend. Let us down really badly. I'd avoid this company if I were you!
