Great service by Christian. He was very thorough in inspecting my Air Conditioner and finding the post that needed to be replaced. He explained everything before he did it and helped me pick the replacement part that was available. The entire experience was easy from making the appointment online, to the payment at the end. A/C issues are no joke in the TX summer, and Berkeys was great and timely!
Joshua was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through a thorough A/C inspection. He explained everything clearly, provided a detailed report, and shared some great tips to help extend the life of my unit. I found Berkeys through Home Depot’s referral program, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Based on Joshua’s service, I’ll definitely be signing up for their monthly membership.
I've just had the pleasure of working with Randy and could not recommend him more highly. He repaired my Japanese toilet & serviced and cleaned my tankless water heater, as well as took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, as well as make friendly conversation. I’ve called this company for HVAC service and diagnostic twice now and they’re very efficient and professional. The first tech was detailed and thorough and today we had Eriq B. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company all across the board their technicians are always professional knowledge arrive on time give a courtesy phone call even the people that answer the phone, although they don’t have the HVAC technical knowledge to give they are always helpful in their basic understanding of the issue. The work that I have had done has always been professionally completed with a fair price. I will continue to use this company.
