We hired Ben's Better Construction to install LVP flooring 5 years ago. The flooring started buckling and cracking about a year and a half later. We suspected that the slab beneath the flooring had not been floated properly by Ben's sub contractor.. (At installation his sub contractor didn't bring a drill to mix float so they used my basic cordless drill without permission) We did reach to BBC and they sent someone to look at the floor. The gentleman said they didn't know why the floor was breaking, but it did not look like the normal things they expect and he said that he would get with Ben and they would take care of it.... Then I got a repair quote and Ben was very, very clear they only offer a 1 year installation warranty . He made it a point to tell me the exact number of days I was past my warranty in fact. He said he would replace the broken planks for a few hundred $$ but if we wanted them to make sure it was fixed correctly i.e.correcting any underlying problems it would be $$$. I just replaced that 5 year old floor. They spent hours scraping up spongy float. I would never ever use this company for anything ever again.

You Get What You Pay For I paid for expert craftsmanship — and that is exactly what I got with Ben’s Better Construction & Landscaping. When we first brought Nate out to bid the job, what stood out immediately was his vision for what could be. He made recommendations that we had always wanted but weren’t even sure were possible. His creativity and confidence gave us the push we needed to move forward — and I’m so glad we did. Ivan and Jose worked diligently every single day to deliver an end result that truly makes me excited to have friends over. From day one, they impressed us. They carefully protected our flooring and adjacent rooms to mitigate dust and dirt before any demolition began. All of the heavy demo and major dust creation happened on the first day — which we really appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about this team. They are professional, highly skilled, and incredibly respectful of my home. Every single day before leaving, they made sure my home was clean. That meant everything to us while trying to live and work in the house during a renovation. Interior work included: • Removing a window and replacing it with a beautifully trimmed half wall in stained wood, matching the existing wall configuration and paint, and adding accent lighting to highlight the new feature • Closing a skylight and finishing the ceiling with texture that perfectly matches the existing ceiling • Replacing trim on an existing pass-through with stained wood to match the beams in our living room • Removing the half wall separating the kitchen from the living room and seamlessly matching the hardwood floors Exterior work included: • Stubbing out a gas line to eliminate a trip hazard left behind from an old gas grill • Adding accent lighting to our existing pergola The transformation is incredible. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and cleanliness throughout the process made all the difference. We loved what they accomplished so much that they’re coming back next month for another project. That alone says everything. If you’re considering a renovation and want it done right — you truly get what you pay for.

We had hail damage from a storm. Ben's Better Construction where my son works replaced the roof in 1 day with a 50 year product in one day. They did a great job. I am very pleased with the work done.

My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Ben’s Better Construction and Landscaping, and I highly recommend them for any home repair or construction needs. After a major storm left multiple tree limbs through our roof, they responded quickly and professionally. Their team—especially Nate Walstrom—was outstanding throughout the entire process. Nate coordinated everything from the roof repair and replacement to the interior restoration, ensuring that the work was done efficiently and to a high standard. His communication and attention to detail gave us confidence that every part of the project was being handled with care. Since then, we’ve continued to use Ben’s Better for other projects around the house, including irrigation system repairs and various general maintenance tasks. Maybe this looks like a regular garage. Maybe it’s the best dang garage in North Richland Hills. Until last week, I had 1960s paneling in my garage that peeled and crumbled when touched. I had giant cracks in the floor from previous settling damage. I hired BC&L to rip out the decrepit walls, install foam installation and drywall, level the drywall, and resurface my garage floor. Nate was incredibly communicative and offered helpful insight. And Jose? Well, let’s just say Jose can work miracles. I 100% plan on hiring them again in the near future. They are super reliable, affordable, and friendly. Can they come to thanksgiving dinner?
