We used Aragon Pools to build our pool as part of the construction process at DiVosta in Babcock Ranch. The quality is exceptional and we absolutely love our new pool. I would highly recommend them. Highest quality and great service.
As first time pool owners, Aragon has been the best choice for us. We started with Leonel, who helped us choose the right pool, tile and pool deck. He was knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions and fun to work with. Once installed, Dayne has been a Godsend! I feel like I am working with a caring and concerned friend, honestly. He has literally answered ALL my phone calls with a “smile.” He has arranged our after-market installations in a timely fashion, given great recommendations and has been a wonderful teacher in the whole “first time pool owners” process. Dayne’s customer service is truly 5-star!
Aragon installed a pool for us and the experience from design and installation to warranty has exceeded all expectations. I called twice to work through settings with the heater and pump--and both times they returned my call within an hour, understood the issue immediately, and walked through the solution within 5 minutes. I would recommend this company. Leonel created the design for us and was so patient and helpful with ideas that made our pool perfect.
This review is long overdue and I’ll keep it short. Our newly built house with pool patio has sunken pavement less than 2 years from being built. Called and asked if they can come look at it. Was transferred to some flunky manager, George, whose attitude was horrible. Didn’t care that his work was faulty. Didn’t care that customer was not satisfied. Told me warranty had passed. I advised that a two year old patio should not be in this condition. He didn’t care. Save your money and stress and go elsewhere.
Very happy with the design, people, product and service. Aragon is very experienced and stands behind their materials and craftsmanship. No hesitation whatsoever to recommend Aragon Pools to anyone!
