During a visit to the store for a purchase, I was treated disrespectfully by the owner (the younger one), simply because I apparently asked too many questions. My questions were answered vaguely and harshly, to the point where he took undue liberties and confidences, making unprofessional and appalling jokes to say the least. The person I spoke to was rude and arrogant; I won't elaborate on the details of the conversation because I'm ashamed of him. I hope his behavior was simply the result of a "bad day." However, I can't give more than one star nor ignore it because I don't think it's fair to overlook the disrespect. Another thing that bothered me was the level of sexism displayed: I came with my husband, and of course the agent only spoke to him. I asked questions and was treated condescendingly, and the answers, of course, were directed only at my husband. Please know that it's 2025 and today women are also paying your fees. The least you can do is try to answer questions seriously, without being patronizing or making inappropriate jokes just to mock the other person. That said, I want to point out that this is the work of a single person, and I'm sure the rest of the staff are all good people. Sincerely,

Useless! I called twice about a rental and both times I was told I needed to speak to the owner (even for simple information), who was busy at the time and would call me back as soon as he was available. Of course, he never called back. Zero professionalism.
