If I could leave a 0 star review I certainly would. These are an absolute disgrace of an organisation! Having staff who can't and won't admit fault but instead turn aggressive when their mistakes are pointed out to them. If you have older or vulnerable people at home, make sure they avoid these at all costs.
Booked in with AJ to fit seven internal doors and AJ did an amazing job, two of the doors I ordered were the wrong size and this was no problem he just came back again later once I swapped them to do those, great workmanship and a lovely lad! Also very clean which is appreciated
Alex was absolutely brilliant. Really love couple of lads, job finished to such an excellent standard. We got some new wardrobes built into the bedroom and they are a dream! Fantastic communication and I am very particular, but Alex didn't make me feel like any query or change of plans was too much fuss. He responded quickly and made some tweaks based on my preferences, couldn't recommend more. Will be getting his team back to do our next project
Completed a full, custom home office from design to installation. Couldn’t be happier with the final result. I was working from home during the install and multiple times I walked past and suggested a change to the install or something new and each time Alex would shrug his shoulders and say “yes no problem”. Really friendly, fairly priced and the final finish is top notch. I’ve already booked him in for more work. One final note - 3 or 4 times now during online meetings I have had complements on how great the office looks, with one actually commenting he thought it was a fake background it looks that good.
They did an absolutely brilliant job installing alcove units in our living room. They look so good, exactly what we asked for. Really professional, great communication and left the living room spotless. Would highly recommended to anyone 👍
