Contacted Aire Serve via email on a Wednesday, they responded the next morning and had a tech available the same day. The tech (Bryan) was very professional. No hard sell, just advice and options. He did a thorough assessment, explained to me his recommendations, and gave me some tips for how I could improve the AC’s function separate from the unit itself. I am not sure what steps we will take, but going forward, I will use this company for any future AC/heating needs. I was pleasantly surprised at such high quality customer service in 2026! Highly recommend.
Andy from AC Tech provided excellent same-day service and was very thorough throughout the visit. He clearly explained what went wrong with a previously misinstalled blower motor and why it failed after only 15 months. Andy was knowledgeable, honest, and affordable. I’ll definitely be referring him to friends and family and using his services again.
When I think about my experience with Aire Serv the first thing that comes to mind is customer service. Aire Serve has done my system maintenance for about three years. Every technician has been ON TIME and ready to go! They are always very informative and available to answer any questions I may have. They work clean which is very important and they get the job done in timely fashion after explaining the entire process. Customer service usually starts with a phone call. Ashleigh has always been very helpful in answering any of my questions including re-schedules when we have had family emergencies. She is very thoughtful in her dealings with customers and tries to schedule according to needs of the customer. Overall 5 stars is not enough !
Air Serve is a fantastic company! They installed our new unit, set up independent zones for upstairs/downstairs, and solved a complicated issue with the unit. Andy Duoung and the owner were persistent in refusing to give up until they fixed the issue. Highly recommended!
My consultation with Gil Castro was excellent. He is an outstanding rep who is very honest and knowledgeable about HVAC mini-splits. He is very helpful in educating you about what your house actually needs versus what some companies might tell you that you need. He is also a very friendly person and spends the time necessary to make you feel like you're making a good decision. Great service!
