Brought my pup Nutella in for an appointment with Dr. Onaga. Everyone from the front door to back rooms were so kind and helpful to us. Nutella is a shelter rescue with some nervous reactive behaviors at times, but Dr. Onaga and the team still helped us out and made Nutella as comfortable as possible. A big thank you to everyone at the office. You guys are amazing and I am very grateful for everything you guys do!

Dr. Sakamoto and Jeramy are truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, I felt that my cat was in the best possible hands. Dr. Sakamoto is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. Jeramy was just as wonderful - kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The communication throughout the entire visit was outstanding. They not only cared for my cat with such compassion, but they also made sure I felt supported and understood every step of the way. You can tell they both truly love what they do. I'm beyond grateful to have found Dr. Sakamoto and the Aina Haina Veterinary Clinic.

Dr. Onuma was excellent at addressing our concerns for Sumi and providing thoughtful solutions to understand and address Sumi’s health care plan. The entire staff was kind and accommodating too! The waiting room—clean and inviting. We really appreciated the emailed after-visit summary.

We had such a wonderful experience at Aina Haina Veterinary. We brought in both of our senior cats and were genuinely impressed by how thorough, considerate, and loving the entire team was. We never felt rushed, which is so important, especially with older pets who need extra care and attention. When the lab results came in, the doctor personally called me and spent about 30 minutes on the phone walking through everything in detail. They consistently checked in to make sure I understood and asked if I had any questions, which made the whole experience feel incredibly supportive and reassuring. We have been to many veterinary clinics across Oahu trying to find the right fit for our senior kitties, and this was by far the best experience we have had. Truly compassionate, patient, and thoughtful care. We are so grateful to have found Aina Haina Veterinary and highly recommend them to anyone, especially those with senior pets.
