We had a great experience with Ace Screen repair in Fort Myers. Our pool lanai had some tears in several sections and was showing some of its age (only 4 years but with cheaper screening.) We chose to replace all of the screens (Including a large picture window) and felt the product and the cost were excellent and reasonable. Our installer (Red) showed up when he said he would and promptly went to work. The job was finished quickly and professionally and he left no trace of trash or old screen. We would highly recommend this company. From Christi who came out to give the estimate to Angie in the office, all of the correspondence and interactions were top notch.

Wow, wow, wow! We could not be happier. Immediately after buying our house, we contacted 4 companies that friends and our realtor recommended for designing and installing a cage in place of the existing fence. While keeping bugs out was important, our primary reason for the cage was to keep out poisonous toads and snakes in order to protect our two dogs. While Ace was not the least expensive of the four companies, after checking references and going on our gut feeling about the rep from each company we met, we went with Ace. The price was very fair and within our budget and the references with whom we spoke loved Ace. Now, we do too. The start of the work was delayed due to a change we had to make in the footprint due to our HOA. But once the work began it was completed quickly, professionally and with a lot of attention to detail. And I mean a lot. The team of 3 guys worked hard to get the cage up quickly but without taking any shortcuts. They were very considerate, making sure at the end of each day that tools and materials were not left in the way. We also just found them to be nice guys. The most important reason for the 5-star rating is the end result. The cage is sturdy, properly finished and although pool cages are never a thing of beauty, we think ours looks really good. We added a footer to our layout so that we could have a grass area inside the cage for the dogs. We absolutely love the fact we can leave the sliders open on nicer days and the dogs can roam in and out with no worry about critters that can hurt them or worse. I are very glad to have hired Ace and would use them again in a heartbeat.

We had our cage screen replaced 4/23/26. The screen looks great. Our neighbor was impressed with the efficiency and the skill of the screener. My partner said the screener was friendly, professional and fearless. The screener even made some adjustments to the door into the cage area, an unexpected service. The screener did a very thorough clean up. We did not have a large or complex project, but we only had one screener for the work and he was on time and finished at around 3p. The project estimator answered my questions and provided the estimate within 24 hours. We had great service from the office/scheduling we got the work scheduled with in a few days of the project/estimate visit. We received a call the following day to check our satisfaction. We are very pleased with our experience and have already recommended them to a couple of our friends. Thanks to the Ace team.
