Five-star experience from start to finish. I worked with John, who was incredibly helpful every step of the way. They worked on my truck for hail damage, and he handled everything—including setting me up with a rental—so the process was hassle-free. Communication was clear and consistent, the repairs were finished quickly, and the workmanship is outstanding. My truck looks like new. Professional, efficient, and reliable. Highly recommend. 5/5.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They did terrible work on my two cars and refused to fix them or even to return my calls and emails. I went to trade the car in and I've lost $10k in value on my car. I asked repeatedly for a list of repairs they did to my car, so I can prove to Carfax that only PDR was performed, and they refuse to give it to me. I am turning this matter over to the insurance company, The Texas Department of Insurance, and will need to take legal action to recover the damages caused by the diminished value caused by 888PDR.
I worked with David Garcia, he helped with the whole process from start to finish. With the insurance company to getting me a rental. My 2026 had hail damage from the April 2026 storm. This company 888 PDR did a great work. Thank you to everyone involved to getting my vehicle back to normal.
John Looney helped me and my wife get our cars looking new again. Not only did they take care of us with rentals, John made sure to keep us updated, make the process smooth, and ensured any small details were taken care of. John went above and beyond what we expected and truly made the company stand out with his kindness and attention to detail. We’ve already started recommending 888 PDR to everyone we see with hail or windshield damage! Hopefully we don’t need hail repair for quite some time, but if/when we do, we’ll be trusting John Looney and 888 PDR for repairs!
I had the pleasure of working with David. He helped me and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They were so flexible with scheduling. Even if I had any concerns, he put my mind at ease and answered all of them homestly. They came to me with a rental and no money out of pocket!!! Very pleased with the wonderful work they did on my car. When I got my car back I was more in love with my car just like the day I bought it.
